What this website collects

This is an information website. It has no contact forms, no newsletter sign-up, no visitor accounts and no online payments, and we do not use analytics or advertising tracking. The only personal data involved in a normal visit is the technical information described below.

Server logs

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, their servers automatically record basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page visited and the date and time. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix problems. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (running a secure, working website).

Fonts

The fonts used on this site are stored on our own server, so loading a page does not send your information to any font provider.

Cookies

We do not set analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. WordPress, the software that runs this site, only sets cookies for site administrators when they log in. Ordinary visitors do not receive them.

When you contact us

If you email, call or message us (including through Instagram), we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to support you as part of our community. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry). We keep these messages only for as long as needed for that purpose, and normally no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.

We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Who we share data with

  • Hostinger, our website hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf to run the site.

Our hosting provider may process data outside the UK. Where it does, it relies on legal safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

Links to other websites

Our site links to Instagram and may link to other websites. Once you leave our site, the privacy policy of that website applies. For example, Instagram is operated by Meta, whose privacy policy is available on its website.

  • ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • ask us to delete your data
  • ask us to restrict how we use your data
  • object to how we use your data

Age

Our content is about trading and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
